RICE LAKE, WI – March 9, 2021
This year marks the 150th anniversary of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, the largest sheriff’s office in the state of Arizona. To celebrate their historic milestone, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Advisory Council selected Henry Repeating Arms to create a limited edition run of custom engraved Big Boy rifles chambered in .45 Colt through Henry’s custom law enforcement program.
Serial number 1 of the first 150 rifles is being presented at the Barrett Jackson Auction later this month, which has sold for $20,000. Proceeds from this limited production rifle will support the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Memorial Fund. If you would like to learn more about the rifle or place an order, please go to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Advisory Council website at: https://mcsomemorialfund.com/
From the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office:
The artwork on the right-side stock of the rifle represents the historical past, the proud present day, and the progressive future of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. From the 1870’s to present day, sheriffs and their deputies utilized horses for transportation and patrol. The deputy and his horse are seen in the foreground of the Four Peaks Wilderness. Wearing the timeless Stetson cowboy hat and holding his trusty Henry rifle, the rider looks up to the modern future…the Bell 429 twin engine rescue helicopter. With the most advanced avionics and rescue capabilities, it represents the forward thinking of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. This helicopter will be put into service in 2021.
Engraved on the right side of the rifle’s receiver is the current badge of the office. The individual number of each rifle will also be engraved on this side. The right side of the foregrip proudly displays the years of service with “1871-MCSO-2021” in bold lettering.
The artwork on each side of the receiver is outlined by a chain. This represents the largest portion of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office staff: the men and women that work as Detention Officers in the Maricopa County Detention Facilities.
On the left side of the rifle, the stock shows the current office patch with banners overlayed showing the years of dedication and service to the community. The Arizona flag is in the background, and a rose, which is the insignia of the MCSO Memorial Fund, which honors fallen officers within the state and raises funds for their families, is displayed at the front of the stock.
Engraved on the left side of the receiver is the original badge design, along with a heart bearing a “911” banner. The 911 banner represents the true first responders…the dispatchers and call takers in the Communications Division who answer the tens of thousands of calls for assistance each year from the citizens of Maricopa County. The heart design recognizes the “heart” of the office, the many civilians who work in the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. Recognizing the civilian employees working as Administrative Assistants at a district or division, or in the volunteer Posse, in the Records and AFIS Division, Human Resources Bureau, Property Management, SIMS, Scientific Analysis, Criminal Intel, Personnel, Legal Liaison, Backgrounds and Polygraph, Technology Management Bureau, and many more.
On the left foregrip we see what each of us has signed up to do every day and every night: “To Protect and Serve”.
RICE LAKE, WI – January 22, 2021
As part of an ongoing effort to give customers more options when choosing to “Hunt With A Henry,” Henry Repeating Arms is pleased to announce four new models that fit the needs of modern hunters, whether in pursuit of small game or large, feather or fur.
The Henry Lever Action Magnum Express .22 Mag is built for use with optics for small game and varmint hunting. MSRP $622
The Lever Action Magnum Express .22 Magnum (H001ME) is a purpose-built small game and varmint hunting rifle with a feature set catered towards use with magnified optics. This rifle is void of any iron sights, so the receiver cover is topped with a Picatinny scope base to accept a wide variety of scope rings. Because a scope sits up higher on the rifle than barrel-mounted iron sights, the buttstock is shaped with a Monte Carlo style for a higher cheek weld and more natural shooting position. A rubber recoil pad is added for additional stability. The Lever Action Magnum Express .22 Magnum has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $622.
The Henry Lever Action X Model .30-30 brings a legendary whitetail hunting caliber to Henry’s modern X Model lineup. MSRP $1,019
By popular demand, the Lever Action X Model .30-30 (H009X) is the newest entry in Henry’s X Model line of modern, feature-packed lever actions first introduced in January 2020. Most notably, this new model features full synthetic furniture with integrated sling swivel studs, Picatinny and M-Lok accessory slots, and an industry-standard 5/8×24 threaded barrel to accept a suppressor or other muzzle device. The rifle is topped with fiber optic sights, and the blued steel receiver is drilled and tapped for optional scope use. The Lever Action X Model .30-30 has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $1,019.
Borrowing elements from Jeff Cooper’s scout rifle concept, the All-Weather Picatinny Rail .45-70 Side Gate (H010GAWP) is topped with an extended section of Picatinny rail for mounting a scope further forward on the barrel to free up more peripheral vision and make for quicker target acquisition. The rail also includes a peep sight that is fully adjustable for windage and elevation. Henry’s All-Weather finish consists of a satin hard chrome plating on most metal surfaces and specially treated hardwood stocks for temperature and moisture resilience. The All-Weather Picatinny Rail .45-70 Side Gate rifle has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $1,221.
The Henry Single Shot Turkey Camo Shotgun is fully covered in Mossy Oak Obsession camouflage and features fiber optic sights and a removable turkey choke. $687
For the dedicated turkey hunter, Henry is now offering the 12-gauge Single Shot Turkey Camo Shotgun (H015T-12) fully decked out in Mossy Oak Obsession camouflage. In addition to the full-coverage camouflage, this shotgun comes with a removable turkey choke to extend the effective range, fiber optic sights, and a drilled and tapped barrel for optional optics mounting. To help mitigate some of the recoil associated with firing 3 ½” 12-gauge shells from a lightweight single shot platform, the pistol gripped buttstock is capped with a soft rubber recoil pad. The Single Shot Turkey Camo 12 Gauge Shotgun has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $687.
“I can’t recall a more aggressive time of growth as far as the number of new releases and the frequency by which we release them is concerned,” states Henry Repeating Arms President and Owner Anthony Imperato. “We are very proud to present hunters with an ever-increasing number of American-made choices when they go to purchase a rifle or shotgun for an upcoming season, and we’re just getting started for this year.”
32 new models including side loading gate versions of their All-Weather, Color Case Hardened, and Blued Steel rifles and shotguns.
Henry is announcing a large transition in their product catalog with upgrades for their Wisconsin-made lever-action rifles and shotguns and new calibers and configurations for their H015 Single Shot firearms. In total, the announcement is replacing 29 “legacy” models in favor of newly upgraded versions and adding 3 new Single Shots to the Henry lineup.
By popular demand, Henry Repeating Arms is replacing all steel-framed centerfire lever-action rifles and shotguns to include a side loading gate while still retaining the removable tube magazine based on the original Henry rifle patented in 1860. This open-ended magazine design, first introduced with the Henry H024 Side Gate Lever Action in 2019, provides owners with the ability to conveniently load the magazine and keep it topped off through a port in the receiver and safely unload the magazine by twisting out the inner magazine tube. The transition applies to all of Henry’s .30-30 and .45-70 rifles, .410 bore shotguns, and revolver caliber Big Boy rifles in their blued steel, All-Weather, and Color Case Hardened finishes that do not already include a side loading gate.
“Ever since our fans and customers got a taste of a side loading Henry, the requests started rolling in immediately to include this feature on their favorite finish or caliber. These new models are going to make a lot of people very happy, and we are always going to have options for fans of our legacy configuration as well,” states Anthony Imperato, president and owner of Henry Repeating Arms. Imperato continues, “The removable tube magazine is a core part of our product DNA, so that’s not going anywhere, and fans of the classic brass and octagon barrel configurations will always be able to get that from us.”
In addition to the new Side Gate models, Henry is announcing 2 new calibers for the H015 Single Shot Rifle with .350 Legend and .450 Bushmaster. For large game hunters in shotgun-only areas, Henry is also releasing the Henry Single Shot Slug Barrel Shotgun in 12 gauge, which features a fully rifled barrel for use with shotgun slugs and fiber optic sights.
The New Original B.T. Henry 200th Anniversary Edition is limited to only 200 units worldwide, the most exclusive in the series to date.
Henry is commemorating Benjamin Tyler Henry’s 200th birthday with a limited-edition release of the toggle-link lever action design he patented in 1860. Born in 1821, Benjamin Tyler Henry would become one of the most influential names in American firearms design history with his invention of the 1860 Henry rifle, the first reliable lever action repeating rifle. The New Original B.T. Henry 200th Anniversary Edition rifle is limited to only 200 units worldwide, making it the rarest New Original Henry the company has ever released.
The right side of the receiver features an engraved portrait of Benjamin Tyler Henry, the inventor of the first successful lever action rifle design.
This limited-edition model is a line-for-line reproduction of B.T. Henry’s 1860 design with consolations only being made to accommodate the more modern .44-40 WCF cartridge. The hardened brass receiver features full coverage leafy vine scrollwork engraving surrounding a portrait of the inventor on the right side and a testament to the rifle’s rarity on the reverse side with the words, “One of 200.” The buttstock is made from highly figured presentation-grade American walnut and is capped with a crescent shaped brass buttplate, which includes a period-correct door for the internal cleaning accessory compartment. The 24.5” polished blued steel octagon barrel is topped with a folding ladder rear sight and blade front sight. Each rifle in the series bears a unique serial number ranging from 001BTH200 to 200BTH200.
The left side of the receiver features the 200th anniversary milestone years (1821, 2021) and a testament to the rifle’s rarity with the words, “One of 200.”
Anthony Imperato, President and owner of Henry Repeating Arms says, “The lever action rifle is one of America’s unique contributions to international firearms design, and we take a great deal of pride in carrying on Benjamin Tyler Henry’s legacy by making lever action rifles and shotguns for the modern day on American soil.” Imperato continues, “We are excited to release this rifle in honor of his 200th birthday, and we can’t wait to see them start showing up in the hands of our collectors.”
The New Original B.T. Henry 200th Anniversary Edition (model H011BTH) has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $4,286.
Henry announced that it is voluntarily recalling all H015-series Single Shot Rifles and Single Shot Shotguns manufactured prior to July 1, 2020. Henry has recently discovered a potential safety issue wherein, under certain conditions, it is possible that some of these models may discharge without the trigger being pulled if the hammer is partially cocked and released. To prevent the possibility of death or serious personal injury, you should immediately stop using all H015-series Single Shot Rifles and Single Shot Shotguns and not load or fire them until they have been upgraded.
The safety issue leading to this voluntary recall was discovered internally while testing the existing fire control system for a trigger pull upgrade. This is the first product safety recall in the company’s nearly 25-year history. Although not every Henry H015-series firearm may be affected, Henry Repeating Arms is requesting that all Single Shot Rifles and Single Shot Shotguns be returned to be upgraded free of charge pursuant to this recall to prevent the possibility of the firearm discharging without the trigger being pulled. All H015 owners should visit the Henry H015 Recall website at HenryUSA.com/recall, email [email protected], or call 1-866-200-2354 (M-F, 9AM ET-5PM ET) to obtain additional information and begin the upgrade process.
Henry Repeating Arms will upgrade all returned Single Shot Rifles and Single Shot Shotguns in the order in which they are received. Henry Repeating Arms is ready to begin performing the upgrade as the firearms are received. Information on the current turnaround time for firearms returned to be upgraded will be provided at HenryUSA.com/recall. Henry Repeating Arms will make every effort to minimize the amount of time required to upgrade and return your firearm. As a sign of appreciation to its customers, Henry Repeating Arms will also perform an unrelated performance upgrade to improve the trigger pull on all firearms returned pursuant to this recall free of charge.

The newly released series from Henry Repeating Arms includes the Big Boy X Model (top), the Lever Action X Model .45-70 (middle), and the Lever Action Shotgun X Model .410 (bottom). MSRP is $970.
BAYONNE, NJ – January 21, 2020 – Henry is introducing a highly anticipated new product line today with the X Model series, a concept that was first teased at the 2018 NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits in Dallas, TX. All the firearms included in this new product launch are designed from the ground up to bring unparalleled versatility and utility to not only Henry’s line of rifles and shotguns, but the lever action platform in general. All five models are now available nationwide from licensed firearms dealers with an MSRP across the board of $970.00.
Anthony Imperato, President and owner of Henry Repeating Arms says, “The sheer volume of positive feedback we received about the concept guns we brought to Dallas was incredible, and this type of strong feedback is what tends to drive our product development plans.” Imperato continues, “It’s exciting to kick off the year with such a highly requested line of firearms and finally make these guns a reality.”
The X Model series consists of the Big Boy platform, chambered in .44 Mag/.44 Spl, .357 Mag./.38 Spl, and .45 Colt, a lever action .410 shotgun, and another rifle chambered in .45-70 Government. All five models sport durable and lightweight synthetic furniture with a solid rubber recoil pad on the pistol-gripped buttstock, Picatinny and M-Lok accessory slots on the forestock, and integrated sling swivel studs. The matte blued steel receivers utilize a side loading gate to keep the removable tube magazine loaded and they are all drilled and tapped to accept an optics mount. The rifles are all threaded at the muzzle end with a 5/8×24 thread pitch to accommodate a suppressor or other muzzle device. The shotgun’s smooth bore barrel is threaded internally for a removable invector style choke and contrasting fiber optic sights adorn all of the X Models with the .410 shotgun variation using only a front sight.

The Henry Lever Action Axe .410 features a unique “axe handle” grip and an overall length of 26.4-inches, which classifies it as a non-NFA firearm. The MSRP is $970.
RICE LAKE, WI – December 19, 2019 – Henry, the leading lever action firearms manufacturer, introduced today a unique addition to their product line with the announcement of the Lever Action Axe .410, a non-NFA lever action firearm featuring a side loading gate and a signature “axe handle” grip. Now available at licensed firearms dealers nationwide, this new firearm is not regulated under the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ National Firearms Act and will not require a tax stamp to purchase.
Anthony Imperato, President and owner of Henry Repeating Arms explains, “Our Mare’s Leg lever action pistols have been a popular choice among shooting sports enthusiasts for many years now, mainly because they’re so fun to shoot and the fact that they look like they came right out of a Western movie.” Imperato continues, “The Axe shares a similar form factor to our Mare’s Leg with some added features for more versatility.”
Details of the Henry Lever Action Axe .410 include an engraving of Henry’s logo on the bottom of the genuine American walnut grip, a side loading gate, a brass bead front sight, and a threaded barrel for invector chokes.
The Lever Action Axe .410 stresses the importance of a unique firearm that’s fun to use in a recreational setting, but it’s feature set also lends it utility. With a barrel length of just under 16-inches and an overall length of just over 26-inches the Axe can be stored in far more places than an average long gun. This compact stature opens the possibilities of where the Axe can be stored and used. The magazine, which holds 5 rounds of 2 ½” .410 shells can be continuously topped off through the side loading gate without needing to remove a tube magazine until the firearm needs to be unloaded. The round blued steel barrel is topped with a polished brass bead front sight and threaded for invector style chokes. A removable full choke is included out of the box. The bottom of the genuine American walnut “axe handle” grip is engraved on the bottom with Henry Repeating Arms’ cowboy logo.

Henry recently unveiled their Texas Tribute Edition rifle with a surprise appearance at the Texas Motor Speedway, where it was presented to NASCAR Cup Series driver Kevin Harvick for his pole qualifying win before the AAA Texas 500. Now available nationwide, the new rifle is the latest addition to Henry’s diverse Tribute Edition product line and the only edition dedicated to a specific state.
Anthony Imperato, President, and Owner of Henry Repeating Arms, explains, “The idea of making a special gun for Texas is something that we’ve been working at for quite some time, and we have looked at so many different designs in the process.” Imperato continues, “Texas loves guns, and we wanted to make sure that this rifle captures that unique Texas magic with a look that no one has ever seen before on a Henry. I think we nailed it.”
NASCAR Cup Series driver, Kevin Harvick was awarded with a Henry Texas Tribute Edition rifle for his pole qualifying win at Texas Motor Speedway on November 2, 2019.
The Henry Texas Tribute Edition is a .22 S/L/LR caliber lever action rifle built on Henry’s Golden Boy platform, which features a 20” blued steel octagon barrel, a Brasslite receiver cover, a brass buttplate and barrel band, and fully adjustable sights. Most notably, the wood furniture is finished with a deep black stain to provide a stark contrast to the gold highlights throughout the gun. Both sides of the rifle are studded with inlaid metal 5-pointed stars, with 4 on the right side of the buttstock, and a lone star on the right side of the buttstock. The forestock is further embellished with the word “TEXAS” engraved in a classic Western typeface and filled by hand with gold paint. The buttstock engraving depicts the state of Texas filled with a “Lone Star Flag” motif, which is also hand-painted in gold.
The new Texas Tribute Edition rifle has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $960. For more information, visit https://www.henryusa.com/rifles/texas-tribute-edition/.
The Henry Side Gate Lever Action is now available in a .45-70 Gov’t rifle configuration and a .410 bore shotgun configuration.
BAYONNE, NJ – November 1, 2019 – The introduction of the Henry Side Gate Lever Action Rifle earlier this year laid the groundwork for an entirely new category in Henry Repeating Arms’ already sprawling product lineup, and that category is expanding further with the release of Henry’s new Side Gate Lever Action Rifle in .45-70 Gov’t and Side Gate Lever Action .410 Shotgun.
Cosmetically and functionally the new Side Gate Lever Actions share much with the earlier models. The firearm’s namesake, the loading gate on the right side of the receiver below the ejection port, is coupled with Henry’s historically inspired removable tube magazine. Having these two methods of loading and unloading allows the shooter to safely unload the firearm without working live rounds through the action and keep the magazine topped off through the side gate.
“We put a lot of focus into listening to what our fans and customers want from the next Henry,” says Henry Repeating Arms President and Owner, Anthony Imperato. He continues, “Real feedback and product suggestions from people that are out there using our rifles and shotguns carries a lot of weight and it’s what drives a lot of our product development. Our release of the Side Gate Lever Action earlier this year, and these new calibers are a great example of that.”
The new rifle and shotgun feature checkered American Walnut furniture and the unique combination of both a side loading gate and a removable tube magazine.
Henry Repeating Arms recently added a section to their website titled “The Suggestion Box” that allows users to submit their firearm idea or concept for Henry to consider in the future.
Andy Wickstrom, Vice President and General Manager of Henry Repeating Arms explains, “As soon as we came out with the first round of Side Gate Lever Actions we started getting requests for additional calibers. Both .410 and .45-70 were way up there, so it’s great that we can satisfy those that requested it now.”
The new Side Gate Lever Action .45-70 rifle and Side Gate Lever Action .410 share a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $1,045.
